How Do I Import Users to Tonomo?

Overview

User imports are handled directly by Tonomo Support rather than being done by you on your portal. Just send over your list of users with their details, and Tonomo Support will import them for you.

How to Get Your Users Imported

  1. Put together your list of users and their details. You can use this template as a reference — it lists every field Tonomo can support, though not all of them are required.

  2. Reach out to Tonomo Support on Slack and send over your file.

Note: Your file doesn't need to match the template exactly. As long as it includes your users' details, Tonomo Support will take care of formatting it correctly.

Once Tonomo Support has your file, they'll handle the full import for you.
