How Do I Arrange The Order Photographers Appear In?

In Tonomo, you can choose the order your photographers are listed in. The order you set in Configure Booking > Scheduling > Photographers Order is used on both the Scheduler and the Scheduling page, so your team always sees photographers in the same sequence.

How do I change the order?

1. Go to Configure Booking > Scheduling.

2. Open Photographers Order.

3. Drag photographers into the order you want.

4. Click Save Changes.

The new order shows on both the Scheduler and Scheduling pages.

Does the order change who gets booked?

If they're the same list: Only when photographer priority is turned on. Tonomo then gives each booking to the highest-listed photographer who's available, and works down the list. Where else does photographer order matter?

• When customers choose their photographer: if Allow customers to select photographers is on in a booking flow, customers pick from qualified photographers.

• When two photographers are sent: Tonomo always pairs a Senior Photographer with one other photographer.
